Refund and Cancellation Policy

We sell digital files that are delivered instantly, so please read this before you buy.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete, because delivery happens immediately. If your payment failed or was abandoned, no order exists and nothing is charged.

When we will refund you in full

• The file will not download, or downloads corrupted, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• The report delivered is not the one you paid for, and you do not want the correct one instead.
• The report is materially different from what this website described at the time you bought it.

Raise any of these within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your payment reference and a description of the problem. We usually reply within two working days.

When we will not refund you

• You have already downloaded the file and simply changed your mind.
• You bought the wrong exam, group or attempt without checking. Write to us — we will usually swap it for the correct report instead, which is faster for you than a refund.
• Your examination result was not what you hoped for. Our reports analyse past papers; they do not promise any outcome. See the disclaimer.
• The examining body changed its syllabus or pattern after you bought.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. The amount is typically credited within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not refund to a different account.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please write to us first. We would much rather fix it or refund you directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank, which takes far longer to resolve for both of us.
